ABOUT THE POSITION

We are actively seeking an associate to assist us with our legal files.

The tasks on offer will be varied:

Drafting deeds, contracts and corporate documentation,
Legal research, drafting of notes and consultations,
Legal watch and drafting of legal notes,
Preparation of monitoring tools, assistance in creating or updating standard contracts, etc.

Intellectual property law,
Contract law
Corporate law,
New technology law,
Real estate law…

EXPECTED TRAINING

Education: BAC+5
Experience: 1 to less than 3 years

You are proactive and don’t hesitate to ask the team if you don’t understand something or if you want to share ideas,
You are rigorous,
You are fluent in English (our team is international!),
You’re comfortable analyzing, summarizing and writing.
